PRICES |

All prices stated include official Austrian
VAT. of 20 % . For shipments within the European Union to
officially registered merchants no tax is charged, provided
a valid VAT-ID number is stated. |

TERMS OF PAYMENT |

Payment in advance (no charges for the beneficiary) within
14 days from date of order, to our banking account with:

All other countries:
Advanced payment with any major credit-card via 2checkout.com

SHIPMENT |

Immediately after receipt of payment,
we shall dispatch the goods by registered mail and insure
them adequately. Shipment and handling charges (€ 4.80)
to be paid by the customer. |

QUALITY |
| |
The presentation of the gems on our homepage
resembles the real product as can be technically achieved.
This particularly applies to shape , colour, cut and clarity
of the illustrations. However, the specific colour setting
of the monitor, might result in a different appearance. All
photographic illustrations have been enlarged. Please find
the real measures in the detailed product description. |

REFUND |

The ordered goods may be returned without
stating any cause and within 14 days from date of receipt
of delivery. The customer bears the resulting risk of transportation.
If we receive all the goods in undamaged condition, we shall
immediately refund the sales price. Customer claims for compensation
are excluded. |

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND COURT OF
JURISDICTION |

The agreed place of performance is Vienna.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Commercial Court at Vienna. |
